Please be informed that the link you have provided, redirects through malicious servers. Long story short, I had suspicions about this particular file host and had the website tested by hand, by multiple security companies. The results came back negative, and it's highly recommended that the website is not visited.
If you have visited this website in the last 72 hours, please do not panic and simply scan your computer. Please take note that you should not assume the website is safe, simply because your antivirus didn't block anything or catch anything, as this means nothing. The technique being used to spread malware is advanced and works on triggers.

UPDATE: Forgot to mention that it's the author of the website that is behind the security risks. Not the individuals uploading files.
