Help? Haven't played in about a year.

I stopped playing Assault Cube roughly a year ago (when I discovered ZMR), and when I finally tried to connect to a server in Assault Cube once again, not only did I see far fewer busy servers than usual, but I was also unable to connect to any of them, and instead got this message:

Master server is not replying. Get more information at http://masterserver.cubers.net/

I then found that when I typed in that address it did not even connect, so I am left wondering if I missed something obvious in the last year or so. I have a Windows 7 PC.
