I moved your posts to their own thread, theGunBarrel. It's a little unfair to accuse these players of cheating on just your say so. Also, if you complain in-game as you do here, it's no surprise someone has blacklisted you.
I recognise some of the names you've listed, and I'm pretty sure that they would laugh at your accusation. Should you ever come up against the best players in this game, I dread to think what your reaction would be.
Please, for all that is good, get some evidence for your wild theories by getting demos of the games. Then watch them back to make sure you're right. Then post the demo and the accusation here so that others can take a look at it. If you persist with your fantasies, I'm going to have to shut you up.

It's really best to do something about all of this, though. If someone is abusing admin, document (demo/screenshot) it and notify the server owner. If they are the owner, avoid that server, though this is sometimes hard when so many people insist on playing on certain servers. If someone is cheating, contribute to the blacklist thread.

You should 1v1 someone with skill (vanquish, undead, anyone really) and see where you stand before you start throwing stones. If your accusations are serious get demos as proof and let those with more experience handle it as others have stated. There are cheaters surely, just be careful about who you accuse.

Regarding proxies.... A lot of that seems to come from the BoB blacklist. The blacklist doesn't conveniently disregard any proxies. The thing with proxies is, it's really hard to figure out what is and what isn't a proxy. Proxies don't exactly advertise their ranges. A lot of the time, if someone suspects that a proxy is being used, they can look it up and see who owns the range. If it's a commercial range, chances are it's a proxy. If it's not, it could be a Tor exit node, a private proxy, or just a dynamic range. Generally speaking, it's ill-advised to ban entire residential ranges unless a certain range is really giving you lots of trouble. If you suspect a range may be a proxy, you can make a post with a specific IP address and I can do some research.
