RE: Binding keys
/bind <KEY> [voicecom recovertheflag "YOUR TEXT HERE"]

Replace <KEY> with key you wanna bind and YOUR TEXT HERE with the text you wanna show.

I think that works.
I have edit my file for this one.

Edit: You was a bit quick to disconnect from IRC ;)

RE: Binding keys
What OS said. AFAIK, the bit that says "voicecom recovertheflag" tells AC to play the "Recover the flag!" voicecom sound. The actual text ("Recover the flag!") could be whatever you want and it could definitely have a '!' and spaces in it.
This also applies to kicking people: when you vote to kick someone, put quotes (") around your reason so you can put spaces in it.
Code:
/kick 3 "Speedhax and teamkilling"
looks a lot better than
Code:
/kick 3 speedhax.and.teamkilling
and you have the obvious advantage of being able to put spaces in your reason.
