Mappack Help
Not sure whether to put this in the help section of the mapping section but...

a little while ago i had a pc and i remember downloading the 2009-2010 mappack. now, about a year later i have a mac and when i download it, the mappack isn't compatible with my mac OS...any know where to pick up the same map pack for a mac computer?

(and yes i know most of the maps are illegal in todays version, i just wanna see zem and maybe make some replicas)

How so? Is it just the EOL characters or format or what?

RE: Mappack Help
You are doing something wrong.

You downloaded it, unzipped it, and put the files where?

What makes you think it is "incompatible"?

If the file doesn't open, then I suggest re-downloading. If it cannot figure out how to open the archive, tell us what message it is giving you.

To all: This isn't an OS dependent problem, feel free to proffer advice even though he said it was a compatibility issue.

RE: Mappack Help
You can still find a whole bunch of old maps HERE in the Archives section, some are from the 0.93 era.

Then my suggestion would be to open it in something that can open zip's (Mac users, please tell him what that would be).
