LOL, I scrolled down the skins, which I just recently learned to do during tight LSS or OSOK matches to confuse the enemies, and found it. I never get THAT down...

iirc the Matasar crossbow mod was never released due to poly count. He did release his whole weapon modeling folder once.

Indeed, Matasar's work although excellent is way too high poly to fit Assault Cube.

His crossbow model is 8627 vertices, tbh I thing that's even more vertices than the entire actual 'mapmodels' folder.

As for the playermodel skins, it's Protox who made them and you can find the full package here on AKIMBO but be aware that they are Hi-Res and it might bring your FPS down.

Cleaner with his permission can you make it lowpoly?
Also did he finish this mod: looks like he was gonna make the foot do a kick. this would be awesome for meelee

tbh for all weaponry I would suggest you refer to a_slow_old_man or Dementium4ever since I only deal with 'static' models.
