I See 2 Servers When I only made one?

I See 2 Servers When I only made one?
I think that one is my ip and the other is my external ip?
Please explain this to me if I am wrong.

Nop, thats right.
One with your internal IP and one with external.
The one with internal IP only you see.

When I connect to one of them I get really laggy.
While the other shows 2 of me
