What a horrible day. I log on to AC only to find empty screens in an abandoned wasteland, tumbleweed slowly drifting through Makke's industrial zone. I look down at my beloved shotgun, the faded stickers peeling off the aging stock. Sadly I empty the cartridges one at a time and drop them to the dust. Not a soul. I leave one in the chamber and for a couple of minutes there I place the barrel in my mouth and contemplate the loneliness of eternity... a tear rolls down the warrior's cheek.... In anger I launch a grenade at a wall and get hit by the rebound. I sit down with a medipack to tend my scorchmarks (I'll never get two points for that again).
So 1.0 has gone, a game I have loved, that has taken too much of my time in the past 18 months and given me a load of fun in return. Try as I might I cannot enjoy 1.1 in the same way. Something is..... missing. I don't know exactly what. It might be the nades, it might be the new weapons, it might be something to do with the sprite movement algorithms, but I can't get into it. And alas, it kind of means the end of me playing AC and I don't think I'm alone.
This is my last gasp cry for help to the gods of AC. Can't you give us back a few servers just to play 1.0? If anyone agrees, please place your vote on here. Thanks and out.

No one took the servers away. You can still connect to any and all of them.

If you want you can make a web page listing 1.0 servers and their connects. No need for a real masterserver.

As much as I liked 1.0.4 I think we're better to focus on improving future versions rather than bringing back 1.0.4

bring back sniper combo and good smg in 1.1.0.4 and we will all be happy :) If you don't like 1.1 its generally because you use sniper. Just saying.

As you think... It is possible to bring an action against them for deliberate insults from outside (devs) this game and Harm drawing of psychological and moral harm to users?

-side note, i am now in UT as well (FD* is a multi-gaming clan), same name as here, i have already seen |NR| Yata there, see who else can find me, il be in 1.1 too, just not as much, my hearts not in it for some reason at least not yet, and school is loading me down with work.

Bring back the already gone 1.0 have it like it was before, were you can play 1.0 or 1.1, its whatever the user chooses, not just a definite PLAY 1.1, ADAPT TO IT OR DIE. kthx

atleast fix 1.1 seriously the AR is completly fudged. MOST PEOPLE WHO USED SMG NOW USE AR DOES THIS TELL YOU ANYTHING AT ALL? crazy stuff like this seems straight up spiteful to 1.0.4 players

+1 If there is no masterserver the game dies. It won't last for little pre-arranged games over the icq or whatever. You need it as it was with servers accessible from the main menus, with lists of who's out there. The beauty of it was you could jump in any time, in the morning to play French ppl, in the afternoon to play Turks, in the evening to play Brits and at night Americans and Brazilians. 24/7. Things were fine IMO as they were. 1.1 had its following, 1.0 had its diehards and we were generally doing ok. I don't want to take anything away from 1.1. Many ppl obviously love it, but personally I way prefer 1.0.
